BMW Drilled Oil Pump Nut kit M10x1-LH

Kit include drilled oem pump nut M10x1-LH + GOODRIDGE 820002 safety wire 200 mm

This BMW oem nut is pre-drilled for safety wire .  Wrap the safety wire around the spokes of the oil pump sprocket , S50 and S54 sprockets it is necessary to drill holes for the safety wire . The wire method is preferred over welding the nut so you can continue to do maintenance on the system.  This is very cheap insurance that can save your engine .

Fits all M50 - M52 - S50 - S54  engines

Remember the oil pump nut is left hand threaded, so you will need to safety the nut in the opposite direction. Please torque to 25 NM
